Washing:

• For the first few washes, launder new linen at a cooler temperature. After that, wash at 40°C using a mild or natural detergent. Avoid bleach or chlorine-based agents, as they can weaken the fibres.

Drying:

• Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid over drying. Iron if desired, but it’s not necessary.

Shrinkage:

• Our linens are stone washed for a relaxed feel from the very first use. They’ll continue to soften with time, becoming even more comfortable with every wash.
• While naturally resistant to shrinkage, you may notice up to 3% after laundering. To care for your linens, avoid hot temperatures.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you, so we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. All you need to do is securely pack your items and drop them off at the post office.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and we can't accept returns of washed, used, or altered items.
