We take great care in preparing your linens for shipment, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship with Canada Post and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. International Orders
- At this time, we only ship within Canada.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. If you have any issues tracking your package, please reach out to us at hello@adorneliving.com.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
6. Colour Variation Notice
Our linens are produced in small batches, and dye lots may vary slightly. While we always ship items from the same dye lot within an order, future purchases may have subtle colour differences.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If you need to modify your order or update your address, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
